PARENT ORIENTATION:      August 29, 2010 @ 7-8 PM WEEKLY
 
SCHEDULE:                            Monday - Friday -- 6:30 AM to 5:30 pm
 
WEEKLY FEES:                     $88.75 - 98.75 Week                                               
                                                (Payments taken on 2-week basis)
 
ENROLLMENT                     1) Enrollment forms processing
REQUIREMENTS:                 2) Up-to-date immunizations 
                                                 3) Physical - 5K, 1, 2 & 3rd Grades
                                                 4) Birth Certificate  
                                                 5) Parent/Teacher Orientation
                                                 6) Two-week pre-payment of weekly tuition

                                                   1st Grade  $240
                                                   2nd Grade - $252

Music Fees:                    1st, 2nd, 3rd Grade ( Fees to be announced)

Cut Off Dates:                Age of enrollee - October 31, 2011
                                     Late enrollment cut off date - Sept 30th.

School Lunches:                     School lunches start on October 18th or before.
                                             Notices will be sent home ($3.00-daily/ $13.00weekly)

                                               5)   Must be completely potty trained
                                               6)   Fighting & cursing spirits

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:    Al1 fees are payable two weeks in advance. Late payments after due date will incur a late payment fee of $25.00/per student. (See Tuition Agreement for complete late fee charges including attorney, collection, etc.) Returned checks for any payment will incur a $30.00 return check fee. Late pick-up fee = $1 per minute after 5:35 p.m. which is due and payable at the time of pick-up or will be added to your child's account.
